The brick facade of this historical home was salvaged while the interior and remaining exterior were reimagined to house an active family of five. The stylish homeowners’ main requests were to create a unique and comfortable space for entertaining family and friends and to maximize on indoor/outdoor living. The home is complete with an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, a turf covered rooftop, a s’more-worthy firepit and a hot tub perfect for colder months. One-of-a-kind vintage furnishings and lighting are placed throughout. The custom kitchen blends beautifully with the muted tones of the space while the moody black living room adds drama. The matte stained wood floors pair perfectly with the brass accents and varying upholstery textures. This provides the perfect balance of both earthiness and glamour throughout the home.
